Interest in Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme has increased in recent weeks as more customers start to enquire about the cloud option for Office 365. With CSP, Microsoft is handing control of the end-user billing cycle to its partners, paving the way for resellers to enhance customer retention and drive new business with cloud-based solutions. Tech Data has been working closely with Microsoft on the initiative and helping to enable resellers. As the momentum builds behind adoption, we took the opportunity to talk to Mark Whittle, Microsoft Business Manager at Tech Data about what the programme means to Advisor-level resellers and other Microsoft partners and how they can learn more, sign-up for the programme and take full advantage.
