Interest in Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme has increased in recent weeks as more customers start to enquire about the cloud option for Office 365. With CSP, Microsoft is handing control of the end-user billing cycle to its partners, paving the way for resellers to enhance customer retention and drive new business with cloud-based solutions. Tech Data has been working closely with Microsoft on the initiative and helping to enable resellers.
